Special Topics Tango Classes

Stephen & Mardi's one day special topics workshop:
Tactics and Etiquette for Crowded Milongas and Tango Festivals.
Cost $15 for one class or $25 for two. Payment by cash, check, PayPal.
Leather soled shoes required for class.

Building Concept for Tango Trains: (All levels) Tango Trains. What are they?
How do they work and what can they do for you? In this concept class we'll
explore the basic tango train concept and how it relates to crowded milongas
that you might find in a festival, the etiquette of entering the floor, changing lanes, and
maintaining control of your and your partner's dance space. Class runs about 1 hr 15 min. (At
least two months of tango experience helpful)
1:30 PM - Tactical Turns: (Intermediate\Advanced) 8 steps every advanced
dancer should know. In this class we'll explore how to change direction mid-step
and turn on a dime when you run out of space. We'll look at turns from inside
cross system (cadena concepts) and different way to use them. Pre-req: At least 6 months tango experience. Class runs about 1 hr 15min.
